Summer Camp Programs -- "Flip With Us!"
Recreational summer camps are offered for boys & girls ages 4 to 14 years.

Gymnastics Summer Camp Program (4 week session) YOUR BEST VALUE !
5 days per week for four weeks
Gymnastics Weekly Camp (5 days per week)
For campers unable to attend a 4-week session, consider this option to attend camp one
week at a time, 5 days per week:
Gymnastics Weekly Camp (3 days per week)
For three days per week, your choice;
Gymnastics Walk-In Option
Your choice:
Cheerleading Camp
Mornings from 9:00am to noon available three days per week.
(Cost is $100.00 per week including registration)
Cheerleading campers will work on tumbling skills for three hours each day from 9:00am to
noon. Each day will be devoted to basic progressions and skill development (for example,
round-off / back hand-spring combinations, etc). This specialized program offers tumbling,
trampoline, tumble track, and mini tramp equipment to teach the acrobatic skills needed for
today's cheerleader.
Camp registration is $25.00 per camper, OR $40.00 per family.
Camp Preparation/Instructions
All campers bring a mid-morning snack and a brown-bag lunch.
Beverages are provided.
Refrigeration is available.
Campers will wear or bring a bathing suit for outdoor water fun.
Parents: Please remember the sunscreen and insect repellent.
Campers bring their own beach towel and sandals or flip-flops.
Also consider sunglasses and a fun summer hat!
No previous experience is required-- only interest.
All Olympic gymnastics events are taught along with trampoline, tumbling, and cheerleading.
Any boy or girl who has reached 4 years of age is eligible.
The purpose of our summer camp program is to help children learn the basic and necessary
skills to participate in gymnastics safely and successfully. We combine a great camp
experience with solid instruction in the fundamentals of gymnastics training. Our program
also contributes to:
- Gymnastics
- Trampoline and Tumble Trak
- Water Fun and Swimming Lessons
- Arts & Crafts
- Inside Games
- Outside Games
- Field Trips (optional with additional cost)
