Birthday Parties & Celebrations
American Gymnastics offers super fun Birthday Parties,
Holiday Celebrations, and Sleep-Over Parties on weekends.
These special events are available to members and non-members including
private groups, school students, scout troops, local clubs, church groups, etc.
Parties can be scheduled during the months of September through June for
children ages 3 and older.
Birthday parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration. The first hour consists of
various gym activities. The remaining 30 minutes is for refreshments. Activities include
a short warm-up, games, relays, an obstacle course, trampoline, and gymnastics.
Refreshments and supplies are provided by the parents.
Available Party Times
Saturdays: 3pm, 5pm, 7pm
Sundays: 11am, 1pm, 3pm
Party Fees
For 15 children, members pay $175.00 (non-members $190.00)
Each additional child is $8 per guest.
Extras
In addition to the basic party, the following packages are offered:
Optional Party Package #1 is an additional $5.00 and includes:
-- 5 Balloons
-- 1 Personalized “Happy Birthday” Banner
Optional Party Package #2 is an additional $10.00 and includes:
-- 15 Balloons
-- 1 Personalized “Happy Birthday” Banner
If purchased individually:
-- Balloons are 50 cents each
-- Banners are $2.00 each
Deposit Required
Members can reserve a party date by placing a $40.00 deposit (non-members $50.00)
The full deposit is applied to the total cost of the party.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Party Group Size
-- Ages 3-to-4 years old cannot exceed 15 children maximum.
-- Ages 5 and older cannot exceed 25 children maximum.
Clothing
All children attending a party at American Gymnastics must wear proper gym attire—
leotards, sweats, shorts, t-shirts, socks and/or gym slippers.
Safety Note for Parties
Parents and adult guests are not permitted on equipment at any time. After the
designated party time, children are not permitted to play on the equipment.
Important Message to Parents
Due to the popularity of our party packages, the event must start on time and end after
90 minutes. Please ask guests to arrive at least ten minutes early. Parties cannot run
past the scheduled end time.
