About Us
American Athletic Sports Center was founded in 1989 by Mr. George Valdez. This
training facility in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania has been owned and
operated under his leadership with a vision for excellence in the popular sport of
gymnastics.
George Valdez has been very successful working with young people in gymnastics for over
20 years. He is consistently dedicated to the careful training of each student’s basic skills
and personal goals. Mr. “V” was captain of his High School Gymnastics Team and led them
for three years undefeated. He was also a Bucks County Champion, District Medalist, and
State Medalist. Mr. V is currently President of the Eastern Pennsylvania Gymnastics
League. He and his staff are prepared to help your child develop individual skills at all
levels -- beginner, intermediate, advanced, and elite.
American Athletics Sports Center strives to teach correct fundamentals and techniques that
will develop basic motor skills for competitive athletes in all sports. We also emphasize the
importance of children having fun, making new friends, and reaching for their highest
potential.
